Alcohol & Mobile Bar Services

Bar&Booth provides mobile bartending and related event services in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the applicable client service agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, alcohol is not included in service pricing. Clients are responsible for complying with alcohol purchasing, venue, event, and other requirements applicable to their event.

Specific responsibilities regarding alcohol, service limitations, identification, responsible service, venue requirements, and related matters will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Photography & Photo Booth Services

Photo booth services, digital galleries, prints, media delivery, gallery availability, usage permissions, and other photography-related terms may vary by package and will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original website content owned by Bar & Booth LLC—including branding, logos, text, graphics, designs, photographs owned by Bar&Booth, and other original materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
